The full extent of Enrico's ability is still unknown, his true powers remains a mystery since no one is alive to witness his true power. Some people who is alive and could see a few of his abilities described that Enrico owns power like:

He has allergy with wolf, especially werewolf. He cannot stand them and usually he has an urge to kill them immediately. Fortunately, with a patience and self control he owns for years, he can press this urge greatly and appearing neutral with the race despite the distaste he has for werewolf

As a vampire, he is not immune with Vervain, a kind of poison made from Red Oak and dragon's heart string. Vervain could weak him in small dosage and kill him in large dosage. Not only vervain, vampire also weak against Werewolf's blood when it is injected into their system. Werewolf blood and vervain could kill him since they are poison to him
