Nero is the faction which Antonio De Rege founded over five thousand years ago and still active until nowadays, in the current days it is known as mafia faction. The influence of Nero famiglia is large, a very tight knit and organized crime syndicate which operating at Europe's underground. The faction controls the main part of Europe' black market including weapons, tobacco, illegally logged timber, drugs, trafficking, etc. Nero's businesses are spreading, including the legal and illegal ones. The Nero Primo and founder is Antonio De Rege while the Secondo is Giovanni De Rege after the former is stripped from his power by Enrico De Rege, Antonio's third son. Through the years, Nero famiglia grows larger and dominating the underground syndicate and becoming one of the most influential Mafia faction around the world. Upon the effort of Enrico De Rege, the current Nero's Consigliere, Nero creates some alliance with some other big Mafias  and resulting the Underground of Mafia Revolution to happen for five years.

West Europe was formerly fell into Leonel Dietrich's territory, yet currently it became Nero's territory after the huge revolution happened and reconstructed by Enrico and his alliance single handedly. Internal conflict also wars happened there when the situation had not settled yet because some opposition revolted back, before the old system had been teared by Enrico after the revolution happened later and now the rest of Europe's underworld business is falling into his hand. Enrico rules the Alliance and Nation justly after that, he is feared yet loved at the same time by his people. House of Don at Palermo-Italy is one of the result of this Alliance and after the revolution is finished. It is built under the name of Nero and Enrico who acts as the External Adviser. The alliance is strong and the influence of underground activity within this busy and industry like nation turned larger than before. With Giovanni becomes the Boss and Enrico as the external adviser, Nero faction which Antonio founded years ago now turns larger than before.

He appoints his cousin through Leonel Dietrich, Vincentzio whom he call as Eric, as his right hand man and he also plants some of his trusted men as the underbosses at Nero faction. The faction becomes one of the biggest syndicates within this era because of the hard work of De Rege's two younger twins.
