Enrico is the most enigmatic one from De Rege's family member and always keeping what he has in mind to himself, manipulating words also action with his smile, and when he wants to destroy anyone then he would make sure to finish what he has started until it meets a beneficial result for him. He is a calm and collected person, calculating man who seems to own a lot of hidden agenda. He looks like a kind hearted man with sweet smile on his lips, yet the outer persona doesn't match his true personality which is scarier than what people have expected. Many people wary of him because they are unable to determine what Enrico is thinking beneath his mask, and what kind of plan he would bring for them to meet their downfall. A lot of people is afraid of Enrico and tends to avoid him, his personality is twisted and sometimes unpleasant. He has dark personality but sugar coating it with sweetness to fool anyone, even Antonio (his father) is wary of him. Enrico is a dangerous schemer, a manipulative individual who toy with anything to attain his goal.

Despite of his twisted personality, Enrico loves his family and dotes on his only son, Gabriel, a lot. When he is not busy of attending the business as the external adviser and Third boss of Nero Mafia faction, Enrico makes sure he spends his time with Gabriel. After his spouse passed away, he acts as single parent for his son.
